Anyone have any tips on creating teenage characters, since the actors available are either kids or adults 20 years+? I need ages 14 and 17.

Also it would be helpful if hair options included long, mid-back length hair, texturable. Hippies and teens?

And, last but not least, how can I change body type to skinny? Fat seems to be covered. My girl character goes from skinny to, well, spectcular.

I suggest you first use a program like Face Gen to create a teenagers face first from a real teens face - to catch that 'teenage look' and import it into Frameforge as an adult character. Then once that is done - reduce the height so that they are not as tall as your adults.

If you want really skinny teenagers - then do the above again but import them as a child instead and increase their height. However there are less options on clothing styles if you import them as children.

Of course Version 3 now includes real teenagers with all the clothing and attitude you'd expect!
